Last Week

The weather was gorgeous last Saturday, so we spent a good part of the day outside. I traced the kids and Ashlyn added her own flair. She is sad (on the right) because Christopher is spitting at her (you can kind of see the dots of spit running along the tops of their arms.)
Christopher asked me to draw him. I didn't get too far because he kept sweeping the drawing.

Fast forward a few days to SNOW. Tulsa received 14+ inches, with lots of wind. We had major snow drifts in the front.

On Wednesday, the kids ventured outside to play.
Thursday, we started working on our Valentines for the kids' classmates.

More snow by Friday.
As a family, we put together the 300 piece puzzle of Snow White on Saturday. Since we still don't have school tomorrow, I might pull out the 1000 piece Seurat puzzle.

You have had more snow in Tulsa than you did in Fairbanks (what I can remember anyway). Tracing them with chalk looks like fun! Cute as ever! love, Bob/Dad/Pawpaw

This was more snow than we got at any one time in Fairbanks, but since it just STAYED there, we definitely had more on the ground by February than this.
