We last saw Armand on February 6th. So, yes it has been over 3 weeks, and we've left the country. We have neighbors still looking for him, but we're afraid that we've seen the last of him. We got him in Fall 1995. He was a good cat. A fat cat. A cat that had traveled many miles in the car, lived in many different homes. Our hope is that he's found a nice new family who is spoiling him.

Oh. That's sad! Hopefully, he is being well-cared for.
I "lost" a cat kinda like that years ago. He was about 10. In the end, I was glad it was like that - so I never had to see him in old age. I remembered him fat and happy.
I can barely deal with this...I loved that cat the moment that Allen got him so many years ago! I know I've said many times...I have never seen a cat with such a wonderful personality. I am so very sad.
I'm sorry about your cat. I think they have a sense about things that they don't want to deal with. We had an old, well-loved cat go missing a week before a big move of ours many years ago. It was so hard to move without her. I hope you get good news about Armand.
Sorry to hear about Armand. Pets become a member of the family and it is hard to be without them.
He probably thought you were going to take him back to Alaska.
I am in tears. Sorry Ang. I know you love Armand.
I'm so sorry, Angie. How awful for you guys....
I'm so sorry Angie. I hope your neighbors find him. We lost Socks the same way. He disappeared right after my birthday in 2005 and even up until we moved, I still looked for him.
I'm sorry too.
I'm sorry no one has yet to see him, I too hope he found a wonderful family to take great care of him!
